You will receive a voucher by email with all pickup instructions and the contact details of the local rental company.
Yes. Once your booking is complete, we send a voucher to your email immediately. The voucher contains your reservation number, pickup location, time, vehicle details, and contact information for the rental company. Print it or save it on your phone to present at pickup.
You select your preferred pickup time during the booking process. The local rental company confirms availability based on their operating hours. Pickup can be at a desk, terminal, or with delivery to your hotel, depending on the company and location.
When you book, you pay an advance online by card. The balance is due when you collect the vehicle. The payment method for the balance depends on the specific vehicle you have reserved, and this information is displayed during booking and confirmed in your voucher.
The booking advance is the initial payment you make online when reserving a vehicle. You pay it by debit or credit card through our secure platform. Cash payments are not accepted online. The remaining balance is paid when you collect the vehicle.

A deposit is a security hold placed by the local rental company at pickup. It is held on a card and released after you return the vehicle undamaged. The deposit requirement is independent of the coverage or excess amount, and it varies by vehicle.
A deposit is a temporary hold on your card as security against damage, fuel shortages, or other charges. The local rental company places the hold at pickup and releases it after you return the vehicle in good condition. The deposit amount and card type required are listed in your voucher.
No. Some vehicles are available with no deposit required. This is clearly marked during the booking process. When no deposit is needed, you still have an excess or coverage limit, so the two are separate matters. Check each vehicle's terms before booking.
If the vehicle you want requires a credit card for the deposit, you will need one. For those without a credit card, consider increasing the limit on your debit card or choosing a vehicle that accepts a debit card or has no deposit requirement. Requirements vary by vehicle, not by class.
You need a valid driving licence and usually an identity document when you collect the vehicle. Some vehicles have minimum age requirements. The rental agreement is signed at pickup with the local company, and their contact details are in your voucher.
You need a valid driving licence that has been held for at least one year. An International Driving Permit is recommended if your licence is not from an EU country. You also need your voucher and an identity document such as a passport. The rental company will provide the signed rental agreement at pickup.
The minimum age varies by vehicle. Most require the driver to be at least 21 years old and to have held a licence for one year. Some vehicles, especially larger or higher-performance models, require drivers to be 23 or 25. The age requirement is shown in the vehicle details during booking.
The local rental company hands over the vehicle at the location and time confirmed in your voucher. You inspect the vehicle and note any existing damage in the rental agreement. At the end, you return the vehicle to the same location or another if arranged, and the company checks it back in.
Pickup locations include rental desks at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL), city offices in Helsinki, Tampere, Oulu, and other towns, or delivery to your hotel. The exact location and instructions are in your voucher. Arrive at the time you selected during booking.
You present your voucher, driving licence, and identity document. The rental company checks your details, processes the balance payment, and places any required deposit hold. You then inspect the vehicle together, noting any scratches or dents in the rental agreement, and receive the keys.
One-way rentals may be possible depending on the company and route. This must be arranged at the time of booking. Additional fees typically apply for one-way returns, and not all locations support this option.
